Music video Careful direlease pada tahun 2010 dengan menampilkan berbagai Live footage mereka yang diedit oleh Brandon Chesbro. Video dibuka dengan menampilkan Paramore berada disebuah recording studio dan tampak setiap personil sedang merekam bagiannya masing-masing. Selebihnya, diperlihatkan berbagai cuplikan Paramore membawakan lagu careful dalam konser-konser mereka diseluruh dunia yang diantaranya dari Soundwave Tour di Brisbane dan dari Festival Hall di Melbourne, Australia serta beberapa cuplikan ketika mereka sedang melakukan Spring Tour pada tahun 2010 dan Fall Tour pada tahun 2009. Music video Pressure direlease pada tahun 2005 dan disutradarai oleh Shane Drake yang nantinya akan lebih banyak lagi menggarap video Paramore di masa mendatang. Video dibuka oleh Paramore yang ngeband disebuah warehouse yang tidak dipakai sedangkan di sisi lain diceritakan seorang pria yang bekerja disebuah restoran cepat saji dan seorang model yang sedang menunggu untuk melakukan photoshoot. Kedua orang ini digambarkan dibawah tekanan dimana sang pria terus menerus dimarahi oleh sang boss dan sang model yang tidak bisa melakukan apa yang dia mau namun akhirnya mereka berdua berhasil keluar dari tekanan tersebut. Music videonya sendiri berhasil menggambarkan lyric dari lagunya dengan baik dan dalam music video ini juga terdapat sebuah signature move dari Josh dan Jeremy (setelah keluarnya Josh, posisinya digantikan oleh Taylor) yang ditampilkan setiap kali mereka membawakan lagu ini dalam konser mereka yang dinamakan backflip.

Konsep music videonya simple dimana ditampilkan Paramore ngeband disebuah gurun pasir dan ada 3 orang yang mengintai mereka dari kejauhan dengan menggunakan teropong. Dengan konsep yang sederhana tersebut, Shane Drake berhasil menggambarkan sisi indah dan menarik dari sebuah gurun yang gersang serta terlihat para personil Paramore bergerak dengan semangatnya dibawah sengatan matahari. Music video ini dinominasikan dalam kategori Best Rock video di acara penghargaan MTV Video music awards 2008.

Music video Decode direlease pada tahun 2008 dan sekali lagi disutradarai oleh Shane Drake. Decode adalah salah satu soundtrack dari film Twilight dan tempat yang identik dengan film tersebut adalah hutan sehingga lokasi music videonya kali inipun adalah di salah satu hutan di kota Nashville, Tennessee. Dalam music video kali ini ditampilkan Paramore ngeband didalam hutan dan juga ada beberapa adegan dimana terlihat para personil Paramore menjelajah hutan tersebut, tidak ketinggalan berbagai cuplikan dari film Twilight juga hadir mengisi music video ini. Video dibuka oleh scene ketiga personil Paramore mengambang diatas air yang juga merupakan interpretasi lyric pada bagian verse lagu ini “You were my conscience, so solid now you’re like water”. Selebihnya, ditampilkan Paramore berada di sebuah rumah sakit yang sudah rusak dan setiap personil mencoba berlari meninggalkan rumah sakit tersebut sebelum akhirnya mereka bertemu karena terjadi ledakan-ledakan di dalam rumah sakit tersebut. Scene lain menggambarkan Paramore ngeband di dalam sebuah ruangan dan tampak marah terhadap dinding didepannya dengan memukul-mukul dinding tersebut. Video dibuka oleh adegan seorang anak kecil yang berlari-lari disebuah negeri dongeng yang luar biasa indah dan masuk ke dalam hutan. Di dalam hutan ini sang anak menemukan berbagai hal menarik dari jamur yang berukuran besar, kurcaci, kunang-kunang sebelum akhirnya dia masuk ke dalam sebuah istana yang didalamnya terdapat orang jahat dan Ia memutuskan untuk berlari kembali ke luar hutan. Di sisi lain, digambarkan Hayley dengan rambut pirangnya bernyanyi dibawah daun-daun yang berguguran dan sang gitaris Josh Farro menggali lubang yang tampak seperti kuburan di depan Hayley.
